Overview

This Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) is between No Look Solutions LLC, operator of Cleaners MSP (“Company”), and the cleaning professional or business (“Subscriber”) who has applied for and been approved to receive leads through the Cleaners MSP platform. By submitting payment and checking the agreement checkbox on the application form, Subscriber accepts all terms outlined in this Agreement.

Eligibility

Subscribers must be independent cleaning professionals or small cleaning businesses serving customers directly in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The following are not eligible to subscribe:

  • Lead generation companies or referral networks
  • National cleaning franchises reselling leads
  • Any business whose primary purpose is aggregating or reselling leads
  • Businesses operating outside the Twin Cities metro area

Subscription Tiers

Non-Exclusive Subscriber — $19/Month

Non-exclusive subscribers receive leads from all areas not currently under exclusive contract. Leads are delivered via email as submitted. Non-exclusive subscribers also receive leads submitted through the Cleaners MSP general contact page regardless of area rental status.

Exclusive Area Rental — Starting at $300/Month

Exclusive renters receive 100% of leads submitted from their rented area. No other subscriber receives leads from that area during the exclusive rental period. Pricing for exclusive rentals is determined by area and agreed upon prior to activation. Current exclusive areas include Minneapolis, St. Paul, Edina, Bloomington, and Woodbury.

Lead Delivery

Leads are delivered to the Subscriber’s registered email address as submitted by the requesting homeowner or business. Cleaners MSP does not guarantee lead volume, lead quality, or conversion rates. Lead information is confidential and may not be shared, resold, or distributed to third parties under any circumstances.

Area Availability

Non-exclusive subscribers acknowledge that any open area may become exclusively rented at any time. When an area becomes exclusively rented, non-exclusive subscribers will no longer receive leads from that specific area effective immediately. No refund or proration will be issued for loss of leads from a newly rented area. General contact page leads remain unaffected.

Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscribers may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Cleaners MSP reserves the right to cancel any subscription found to be in violation of this Agreement, with or without notice, and without refund.

Conduct

Subscribers agree to conduct themselves professionally when contacting leads received through Cleaners MSP. Harassment, misrepresentation, or fraudulent behavior toward leads is grounds for immediate termination without refund. Subscribers may not use Cleaners MSP lead data to solicit leads on behalf of any other platform or service.

Confidentiality

All lead data received through Cleaners MSP is confidential and proprietary to No Look Solutions LLC. Subscribers may not share, sell, or distribute lead information to any third party. Violation of this clause may result in legal action and immediate termination of subscription without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Cleaners MSP and No Look Solutions LLC are not liable for lost business, missed leads, or any damages arising from use of this platform. Subscriber acknowledges that lead volume and quality cannot be guaranteed.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.

Changes to This Agreement

Cleaners MSP reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued subscription after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
